- silver - lobster red”, characterized just by the natural flavour of the time beating, which influences the musts’ good qualities. Our products are gentle, velvety brown red but at the same time full-bodied.

Lobster red: carpaccio, pinzimonio, salads, to flavour crustacean at the end of the cooking, lamp chops, breast of chicken, red meat less cooked.
Silver: first dishes, soufflé, rice, sauces for boiled and
fish, mayonnaise, fillet of beef and foie gras. Gold: tasty and spicy cheese, strawberries, cream and ice-creams, strudel,pane-ttone and a teaspoon at the end of the meal.

BALSAMIC SEASONING

It comes from the grapes’ must of our hills, left in small barrels made of different
